Return and Exchange policy
At Maxi Hawaiian Jewelry, all the products are handmade, and we cannot accept returns or refunds. For exchanges, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition with all the packaging, including boxes/mailing boxes, pouches, and warranty cards. If there is any reason to believe that the item has been used, we will not be able to accept a return.

*Characteristics of Handmade Products
Because every step from material preparation to final finishing is done by hand, each piece may differ from sample displays or photographs. Differences in appearance are part of the handmade nature and are not considered defects.
In the unlikely event that we issue a refund, it will be refunded to the credit card used at the time of purchase, minus shipping costs, and the refund usually takes up to 7 business days and it may take an extra few days to appear on your statement.
